The only software I use for art is Clip Studio Paint

I currently use a custom brush that's an image of a square with anti-aliasing turned off
I used to use Noisy Ink Brush v2
I use flat colors stuffed into a folder with a simple noise layer clipped to the color folder with the Multiply blending mode
